3 *Major* Congressional issues that NEED to be put into place ASAP. We have power in numbers. I can't get these results to happen on my own. We must overwhelmingly DEMAND these become laws and not stop until they are:

  1. TERM LIMITS
  • cut out career politicians and corruption drops drastically. 3 terms for House and 2 for the Senate. There has been absolutely no positive to come from people staying in Congress longer than this.
  1. ELIMINATE CONGRESS' ABILITY TO VOTE ON THEIR OWN RAISES
  • Why this hasn't sparked outrage already is baffling to me. What incentive to these twats have to improve the country and work for the people when they control their pay? The PEOPLE are who fund their pay so we should decide if and when they get raises/setting reasonable salaries. If they are doing a good job, the people vote and reward them. If not, you don't get our tax dollars.
  1. THIRD PARTY AUDITS
  • If a Congressperson is making more than $1 Million, that person should automatically and unexpectedly be audited by a third party source. These people become filthy rich based on a government salary? Absolutely not.

I agree election reform and voter ID are just as important. Disagree that none of the above matters w/o it.
