So i was fortunate to come down with covid-21, and thus far it’s been less severe than covid-19. Trying to make a speedier recovery, and was hoping some of you could give me input into quercetin: what’s a good place to buy it, things to look out for, etc.

Thanks in advance, and KAG.

I bought some at the local health food store. Take it with Zinc, Co-Q10 and Vit D.

I found it in the local health food store, in the B vitamin section. Be sure and take that Zinc (I found 95mg), too. It's the zinc that kills the virus. If you aren't feeling MUCH better in 4 days, talk to your doctor.

Also, Vitamin D and trace selenium, every day. In the hospital, they give Vitamin C by IV, so that might be helpful, as well. Melatonin at night, D in the morning.

Best of luck,

Available at any vitamin shop. Get quercetin w bromelain, aids in absorption. I use the 500 mg. Also helpful is Sambucol/elder flower tea., etc. Anti-viral.
