NC Patriots,
My wife and I are considering moving from upstate NY to Eastern NC. We have friends and family in the state which is drawing us down there. We're small business owners and are fed up with how the state has handled COVID. We've seen a disdain for business owners and conservatives in general that makes us sick and gives us little hope for the future of NY.
I have some questions:
- What do you all think of Governor Cooper?
- How did the state handle COVID shutdowns?
- What is the financial outlook of the state?
- What is the political outlook of the state?

What do you all think of Governor Cooper?
-A mealy mouthed chi-com plant pussy fair weather fake ass politician that likely cheats in elections
How did the state handle COVID shutdowns?
-Tyranny from the top, the legislature tied to rein him in, but we would have needed 2/3 majority to change the emergency powers laws in our state that he is abusing
What is the financial outlook of the state?
-Actually very good, we have a pretty balanced economy of agriculture, manufacturing, tech, and banking
What is the political outlook of the state?
-Should improve somewhat as I believe our voter ID laws will go into effect before the next election. We are pretty red. The blacks and academics and fags and transplants in the city are trying their best though. I always tell people, as long as you can't see a building over three stories high, you should be fine and safe in that area of NC. Lots of beautiful country with great beaches and mountains.
