Exactly my thoughts and I stand by them. Dysphoria is an awful condition. I had male Anorexia 2 years into getting clean and sober and spent 2 years starving myself down to 5 stone under my healthy weight. I was obsessed and looked at myself as grossly overweight. It was my way of seizing control of a situation (Coming off hard drugs and alcohol) the only control I had at that time. Thank God I got help and as said that two year nightmare ended and I continued clean and sober to today (24 years in total so far) But to have encouraged me in my delusion would have been morally repugnant for any Doctor so why is indulging the sexually dysphoric any different? Answer? It is isn't. TS' need psychiatric help and mutilating their bodies does not help as the suicides will attest!
