They want to make it illegal to own or be in possession of firearms AND/OR Ammunition if you don't have a license.

They want you to undergo a RIGOROUS background check that can take up to 40 days. They want to register the firearm and have a photo of you.

You would no longer be able to purchase a firearm and leave with it. There would be a mandatory 7 day waiting period. MINIMUM

If you've been ACCUSED of domestic violence, you're banned from having a firearm. If you have a TRO, you're BANNED from having a firearm. Even if it's a Misdemeanor, you don't get to own firearms.

You HAVE to be 21 to purchase and be in possession of a firearm. HAHAHAHA. You can join the military at 17. Second week of basic, M16's are shoved in your hand and you're told that weapon is yours and you will never allow it to leave your sight ever again. You will never allow it to be used by anyone else. You will never allow it to lay on the ground. You can go to war and shoot people in the middle east, but you're not allowed to buy a gun or use one.

If you LIVE with someone who is 'ineligible' to posses a firearm, it's illegal to have one.

'EXTREME RISK PROTECTION ORDER' - This can be a written order by a local judge/magistrate that can ban a person from owning or possessing a firearm. For any reason. There doesn't HAVE to be reason. They can file this if you own guns already and take them from you. They want the US Marshal service to be able to confiscate the firearms. Someone can simply REPORT YOU and the order can go into effect.

TITLE V - ASSAULT WEAPONS AND FIREARMS SILENCERS AND MUFFLERS BAN

First off, there's no such thing as an 'assault weapon'. All weapons are designed to assault. Second, there's no such thing as a silencer. It's a flash suppressor. Yes, you can currently purchase flash suppressors. It takes like 7 months for the background check and the check itself costs as much as the suppressor, but you can own one. GemTec make bad ass suppressors.

So they want to ban AR's and suppressors. Just flat out. Ban them. No if's no and's no but's. They want to ban all handguns with a threaded barrel or muzzle shroud.

It doesn't stop there: “(6) The Attorney General shall establish and maintain, in a timely manner, a record of the make, model, and, if available, date of manufacture of any semiautomatic assault weapon which the Attorney General is made aware has been used in relation to a crime under Federal or State law, and the nature and circumstances of the crime involved, including the outcome of relevant criminal investigations and proceedings. The Attorney General shall annually submit a copy of the record established under this paragraph to the Congress and make the record available to the general public.

They want you to register it and that registar will be made publicly available with your fucking name and the weapons you have.

Ban of all magazines larger than 10 rounds.
