When you see something that needs to be shared, share it everywhere and post the link to your Facebook page and then leave.

Same with memes. It's best to take a screenshot to make it harder for Facebook's algorithms to shadow ban it.

Twitter is completely useless, just delete your account and uninstall the app. Gab or patriots.win are the places to be.

Remember, don't follow and share posts within facebook, just post external links.

Uninstall the app and messager as well. All can be done within the mobile browser.

Some of you may just delete Facebook all together which is also good but others still have friends and family there who need to see the truth.
