Well said, Rand Paul.

I would rather see Obama charged with inciting violence (remember the Ferguson effect)? Now that you can charge past Presidents and cut off all their revenue from government, I say we should pursue this. Obama and Eric Holder did more to incite violence in this country than any other administration (Democrats generally incite violence, but we are talking about Presidents being impeached now).
