There are unverified reports that Biden has been signing BLANK executive orders.

I've seen video of this myself. It's hard to be a hundred percent sure--it might have been faint ink, or glare, or bad gamma, or something--but the pages he was signing actually looked blank.

This is a pretty common issue, usually camera white balance is set to something dark like a suit and the paper looks blown out so you don’t see text.
