Lin Wood 100% grifted, and the dude is fucking nuts. Sidney Powell, I'm willing to give her a 2nd chance, but with a heavy dose of skepticism. I will say the money I sent Powell (before I knew she was working with Wood) wasn't well spent.

I was annoyed at Robert Barnes at the time, but he was absolutely correct, that Sidney Powell and Lin Wood's cases were costing us the opportunity to have a successful election challenge. Lin Wood has zero filter, and will push any conspiracy theory. That's why leftists were cheering when they heard Lin Wood was involved. It was super easy for them to feed Lin Wood misinformation, which corrupted their filings, and which Lin Wood was more than willing to blast all over twitter. There's a reason why courts were happy to open, and then dismiss the Wood/Powell cases, but ignored the Trump Team cases.

We still have solid evidence of fraud, signed affidavits, statistical impossibilities, and unconstitutional elections in every state well above the margins of victory.

I think they both genuinely believe the things they say, so grifting is the wrong term. Lin Wood seems to not understand that some of his sources are completely delusional and some of his other sources are receiving bad information despite being very credible themselves.

I think people are too hard on Sidney Powell though. Her Kraken may not have gone anywhere, but that was just another instance of the judiciary being cowardly and corrupt. There was absolutely enough evidence in her filings to start a serious investigation. Sure, maybe her filings were rushed (though I think the one that people made fun of was a preliminary draft) and maybe her claims were too broad, but none of it was baseless and I don't think there's really a problem with pursuing multiple angles of this massive crime in parallel.
