It was introduced on 1/30/20 and parked in a House subcommittee on 3/10/20, then it expired when the 116th Congress ended on January 3, 2021. It had been introduced by Hank "Make Guam Seaworthy Again" Johnson. It was introduced on 1/30/20 and parked in a House subcommittee on 3/10/20, then it expired when the 116th Congress ended on January 3, 2021.
It had been introduced by Hank "Make Guam Seaworthy Again" Johnson.
Of course there's little doubt a similar bill will get introduced at some point in the 117th Congress.
