While I appreciate the sentiment, the 2nd amendment made this country a 2nd amendment sanctuary! Its BS that states and counties have to re-establish the law of the land granted by the Bill of Rights!
It is the "progressive" way to re-interpret constitutional amendments which are, by design, supposed to be vague, so that they can't be re-interpreted.
