What Youtube is doing right now directly violates this court ruling. It doesn't matter that the comments are critical and inflammatory. The Federal Court ruled that these accounts are acting in an official government capacity on social media and are as such public forums, where preventing the right to comment would be a direct violation of first amendment protected speech.

Youtube is breaking the law and needs to be held accountable.

I feel like they must have been scared of this when they turned them back on temporarily, but then must have come up with some legal excuse to make them feel safe to turn them back off again.

I'm sure Youtube's lawyers are coordinating with the government to find ways to do away with our constitutionally protect natural rights.
