I was commenting to someone about this last week - compulsory year of service in boot camp training and heck, throw in some community service doing repairs on homes of the elderly, cleaning up, you know, for the 'feewings' people. Many countries have a year compulsory. Teach young men and women about the constitution, ummm like history, and run their azzes ragged until they figure themselves out and learn to act like civil human beings with a brain they can use.
