Impeachment has replaced this practice since the Constitution for elected executives. It's only been used against candidates for departments who lied about their credentials to the Senate

Interesting . Bill has been wrong from time to time and always comes clean but he's not wrong often. It's interesting though. Question for you now is , you're saying Trump cannot file a Writ of Quo Warranto on Biden?

Requires a jury, and no jury in Democrat-ran DC would ever decide this in Trump's favor.

Quo Warranto

A legal proceeding during which an individual's right to hold an office or governmental privilege is challenged.

Currently the former procedure has been replaced by an information in the nature of a quo warranto, an extraordinary remedy by which a prosecuting attorney, who represents the public at large, challenges someone who has usurped a public office

Sounds something like a class action suit.
