The school is making allegations about his mental health "after making inflammatory comments". Wood contends he is certified legally sane by his physician, and he was exercising freedom of speech in matters in which he claims he has evidence to share with the school upon their request (which someone does). Wood says if they want to accuse him of lying and being mentally unstable to remove his name from the school, then they should at least see the evidence. And if they don't want the evidence then they can give him his donation back and remove his name.

The school claims his lawsuits were frivolous, but Wood contends his and Sidney Powell's cases were dismissed on matters of standing, in fact no evidence has been heard. He mentions his personal loss of reputation, fortune and "sacred honor" from those who slander him without seeing the evidence (slander isn't illegal if it's true).

So at this point Mercer Law School can banish him and:

  1. Make it a witch hunt and convict him without examining his evidence
  2. Find the evidence unsatisfactory

Or if Lin Wood is right, they

  1. Pay him $500k and remove his name (his donation payed so far)
  2. Become convinced by the evidence (When ideologues allow facts to challenge their ideologies, hell will freeze over, pigs will fly, and democrats won't steal elections)
