DID NOT use a VPN;
DID NOT post from an account NOT in his name
Honestly, you have to be really stupid NOT to protect yourself. We've already seen these gangster cops arrest (e.g. kidnap) people who criticize them or their departments. No charges, just men with guns at your door because you hurt the fragile ego of their criminal boss!
