That is scary and as a woman, can never put your guard down! I'm from TX and few years ago, leaving Target, I had a man follow me in the parking lot and asked if I wanted to come to his car and smell some perfume he's been trying to sell. I ignored him, got in my car, called that Target and asked for the manager to tell him what was going on in his parking lot.
