So, Christopher Ray Girder will get more time for supplying the helmet than the unnamed guy who used it to break the window and then changed clothes behind the police officers.

The guy who was changing clothes and packing them into a bag directly behind police officers can also be seen in earlier footage joining the crowd coming from behind police officers.
