If a Patriot Party were created, and they produced a Contract with America like the republicans did in the '90's, I think they could easily pull in 40 or 50 million votes (or more). That would put both the democrat AND republican party in the minority. At least one of those parties would have to form some kind of coalition with the new party, or they wither away. And if the democrats and republicans try to form a coalition to block the Patriot Party and continue to screw over the country, that's just going to send more American votes to the Patriot Party.
