You are fooling yourself if you think you can win any future elections as a Republican anyhow. If by some miracle R's do manage to win, the deep state will sabotage the administration just like they did with DJT. Splitting from the Republicans may be painful in the beginning, but is necessary and will pay big dividends in the future. Patriots need a way to create distance and meaningfully differentiate themselves from establishment "conservatives"

So many people keep missing this point:

Uniparty. They are all playing ball with Dominion. The Left has to have someone to blame, hence the Right.

Republicans will keep getting elected, as will democrats. Have to have what appears to be a two party system to keep the plebs in line and thinking their vote matters, right?

You get it. So many people don’t. DJT was the other party.

With all due respect, President Trump simply didn't take action with the deep state. They didn't stab him in the back, they stabbed him in the stomach, while everyone was watching, it was avoidable. People on here were saying that for years prior to all this. I agree with the last part of your comment, absolutely. There are basically two kinds of people in this party, people who are worried it will split the vote, and people who think it won't have that much of an effect. To the people who are worried it will split the vote, 90 percent of republicans in office are coward, corrupt scumbags, it doesn't matter if it's split, plus, primary only the RINO's. Someone on here was saying to focus on blue areas at first, places where they already have democrats in place, totally agree. Also, the amount that the vote will be split, is going to be reliant on one thing, that is getting that information out there, who can be trusted, who can't. What is their track record, how do they vote on bills. All of this on a local level. That information needs to be advertised,eh anyway.

Didn't take or couldn't take - this is what I would like to know.

I personally would like to believe he couldn't take any action but really my gut feeling is that he didnt want to take any action.

I think he genuinely thought he could work out a deal with the Swamp, where he thought he could make him and the Swamp come out on top.

After all, his entire career has been about him making deals.

This is a man who had to make deals with the NY mob, in the real estate market.

He might have assumed he could do the same as President but he didn't realise just how much of hatred there was against him.

I think by the time he realised the Swamp had no fucks to give and were ok with screwing the average American to get rid of him, it was too late for him to actually do anything about the Swamp.

Hence the fiery tweets against his own administration and the Republican Party but always caving in the end - he no longer could do anything and was merely screaming from the pulpit.

He knew if he went to the people directly, he could incite them to go to war but that would have made him look like the despot the media claimed him to be.

The deep state actors will come for you no matter what. The most important thing is to win the election (especially local and state)...not to worry about the party name attached to it.

No reason not to do both (and more).
