Biden has created a Constitutional crisis by refusing to enforce laws passed by the Legislative branch. We have statutes requiring the detainment and deportation of violent, criminal illegal aliens. This is blatantly ignoring those laws. Impeach him for this.
I realize this. But the House and Senate are responsible for passing laws that the Executive enforces. If the Democrats really want to amend their laws to prevent deportations and release detained illegals, then they have the power to do so, especially with their new control of both chambers.
But Pelosi will probably allow Biden’s governing by E.O. because passing unpopular laws has consequences, and she’d rather avoid the debate.
