Not misleading just early. It's in the house right now. If it is sent to the senate and voted on it becomes a Joint Resolution, essentially the same as a bill that can be signed into law. https://legiscan.com/US/bill/HR15/2021

Congress can say anything they want; it don't make a fuck.

If the states' audits prove fraud, a congressional resolution without any supporting evidence just makes those assholes look stupid.

The fight now is in the states - right where we live. We don't all live in DC, we live in the battleground states. Right where we can pressure them, and lobby in person for audits.
