President Trump, right before he left office, tweeted the 2 governors that gave him the most trouble were Gov.Kemp (R) of Georgia, who Trump campaigned for, and Gov. Ducey of Arizona (R).

All the other contested states have Democrat governors. His disdain toward Dicey and Kemp was because they were supposedly in the same political party and it was clearly betrayal.
