If God fixed everything that was bad, people would only worship God so he would fix it for them (this applies to disease, injury, etc. too). People have freewill (I'm not going to go into the philosophical discussion about fate/freewill). That means evil people have the freewill do to bad things. In order to rectify the evil people's actions, righteous people have to counter/resist them. IMO God assists in helping the good combat the evil. Take for instance WW2. God alone didn't stop the evil axis, good men fighting them did. God can perform miracles (if he chooses), but I believe, it is only when the righteous stand for the light (at least in the larger context of good/evil not necessarily for individuals) that a miracle will happen. He can also use evil to achieve good. Pharaoh ordered all of the newborn Israelite male babies killed, and in so doing brought about the freedom of the Israelites through Moses (a direct result of Pharaoh's evil actions). Perhaps "God helps those who help themselves" is the most succinct way of phrasing it. This is my belief, but perhaps it will help you to cope with why evil is allowed to succeed.

Good and bad are manmade, relative terms.
Decay and fungi are said to be bad, but if they did not exist nutrients could not be recycled by nature.
Plants and trees would starve to death. Same for man.
Well no because in the bible creation story there are absolutely wicked things created by satan and he does this with the third of essence he takes from god
God created the Earth and the Heavens, and is not only everywhere, but every time as well.
Please don't put limits on God.
In reality, you don't and can't limit God, but are simply limiting what help God can give you.
Because god acts through people and all of the bad,all of the natural disasters are satan who has stolen a fraction of the word / adams essence when he split him into two beings. The true satan (not his angel of second guessing second in command) is a being created by a component of the universe who sought ro create a child in secret for god but accidently created the first evil as the child hadno male component which was necessary for balance resulting in excessive pride. A lust to be greater than god lead to him manipulating the word/god who understood not his olans because he he was too trusting and deception he thought did not exist. Also beings like the false god did not exist in his plans. .to this day he still manipulates the offspring of adam/word/god . Out of straight jealousy.But god also concieved his own spiritual son before everything and as such we have our savior who is of the essence of the father
Also we would cease to exist if the father separated from us to correct everything, because he is the life force animating us. He gives us heaven for praising the son because it is like praising him, his son can accomplish his will and motivate the people to become in tune with it
God works in mysterious ways
I don't know but look at the Bible. God always waits until things are really, really bad then he takes action.
Look at Moses! Look at Noah! Look at Sodom and Gomorrah!!! Look at Babylon the Great!!! Maybe he thinks people need to learn a lesson.

Because the God you have been led to believe that is the real God was only to control the masses.
Those in control have a completely different set of rules.
