Where do patriots go for tech jobs? Linkedin is extremely pozzed. No dissenting opinions allowed. All job postings seem to lead back to left wing tech companies. Linkedin also censors and deplatforms people who are not "diverse" leftists.

Glassdoor isn't bad for listings. Yes, the companies could be woke but you can figure that out simply by looking at the blog of their website.
Woke companies always yap on their blogs about their social standing and inequalities. Don't be fooled by the legalese they put on job ads that say "Equal Opportunity Employer" because it doesn't mean "woke" just that they follow the legally protected groups (which political leaning is not a part of). Glassdoor also has a tab called "Company" right next to the job listing so you can visit the site in a new tab without leaving the page.
Now, I don't apply for anything from job sites so I use that to legitimize an ad. If that ad is not on the company website, I don't apply for it since it could be a fake. Again though, having that "Company" link lets you go right to their website and look for their "About Us" or "Blog" to see their virtue signalling (or lack thereof).
Here's how I use my glassdoor link. First you visit directly - like this.

https://www.glassdoor.com/Job/software-engineer-jobs-SRCH_KO0,17.htm
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Step 1 local search:
After loading that link...
First do a local search.
Enter state or city and state into "Location".
Click "Search".
When the page reloads...
Click "Posted Any Time" and select last day or 3 days - whatever frequency you plan to review the site at.
Read those results thoroughly since they could be a mix of remote and local or just remote. Those are the best jobs for you - if you can find them suitable.
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Step 2 remote search:
Then... after that go for a full remote search, these are the ads that are much more numerous so you want to read them quicker looking for keywords.
Remove your location (city/state) from the search "Location".
Click "Search".
When the page reloads...
To look at remote only - Click "More".
Toggle on the "Work From Home Only" setting.
Then, adjust the days included if you want but Glassdoor shows a lot of records so I suggest you narrow it down.
Here's how I narrow mine down (I look for developer jobs).
First I go through and "touch" all the ads that don't work for me. Seeing the ad AFTER you touch it shows that you visited it on that day (and greys out the font a bit once you leave the page then return - using their 1,2,3 paging at the bottom of search results).
Ex. I go through and touch things like ".NET developer" "Java Developer" "React Developer"... etc. Anything I can immediately say - NOPE, not me. Mind you, I'm not even looking at the ad content, I'm just narrowing down things by titles.
Then I start over on page 1 with all those that I KNOW do not match what I want lowlighted - with today's date on them. Then... you can focus on those that may be your cup of tea. (I've tried using -keywords in the search but it messes up when it times out the search and needs you to "retry" so avoid that IMO)

Come back every day at the frequency you want and you will keep up with all their listings. What I do is - each weekday I review the "Last Day" listings, then on Monday I review the "Last 3 days" listing and I never miss any of them.

I go to many other job boards but so far, Glassdoor has been the place I've got the most interviews.

Now, don't you dare use the information I gave you to take my next job because I'm actively looking for work. LOL
