I know in GEORGIA, you can issue a MUTUAL COMBAT CHALLENGE and if you cannot be interfered with and any death cannot be considered murder, but a legally accepted result.

I challenged Gov Brian Kemp of GA to mutual combat with no ending grievances and he declined. Under GA Law, this is legal.
