I live in California and yes a recall can be done, but we faced his judges at first got most signatures thrown out but kept at it, and did gain some support by based Hollywood actors so we're almost there...again. I suspect though that you can find a judge down there that will uphold his office. Just please remember to keep the names "between the lines " . That's how ours got tossed out first.
Very possible BUT the effort must be massive and you will need a plan in place before you begin. You will need an army of volunteers. Do not try to wing it without a plan of how you will get each one of those signatures. It's not as easy as it seems.
