I live in California and yes a recall can be done, but we faced his judges at first got most signatures thrown out but kept at it, and did gain some support by based Hollywood actors so we're almost there...again. I suspect though that you can find a judge down there that will uphold his office. Just please remember to keep the names "between the lines " . That's how ours got tossed out first.
