Keystone XL was going to be one of the crowning achievements of making the US energy independent from the Middle East too. We were set to actually export oil before this whole bologna with COVID-19 happened. The heights of the economy was going to be so unbelievably crazy had they not torpedoed Trump with the bullshittery.

Would have been like post-WWII boom without any of the bloodshed.
