Not constitutional, will easily get shot down even if it does pass. Federal government has very limited authority on how states run themselves and their elections.

This won't affect blue states, because they already run their elections like this garbage bill. This won't affect red states, because blue states during the Trump years showed you can just ignore federal laws you don't like even if they're perfectly Constitutional.
