Dude, the state of emergency goes through the 24th, if the whole "state of emergency is the dispersal period of the Insurrection Act" is real, then the 25th is the soonest we're going to actually see anything.
Now, I personally go by the old axiom "wish in one hand, shit in the other, and see which one fills up first", so if you want to go about loading magazines, in minecraft, just in case, go right ahead.
