Spoke with a former acquaintance that has knowledge of events this evening. Antifa thinks that they are in a stronger situation post-election. It’s truly delusional to not understand what will happen now, but they are truly deluded it seems. Probably because they are realizing that arrests based on events that took place a full year ago (data that they’re finally sorting through with FBI resources specifically for Portland and Seattle/Tacoma) are taking place regularly all of a sudden and they now need the system to burn to escape the consequences for what they’ve already done.
I’d love to think that. 99% of them are verifiably baristas in Portland and Seattle. The other 1% though are actual terrorists. Training in Syria/Ethiopia, connections to Hezbollah and ISIS, etc. Definitely people to be concerned about.
