By your birth being registered, as silly as it sounds you have been signed into a commercial contract with the united states corporation company to become an entity of that company. Thats the reason every "official" document you own (birth certificate/drivers lic/ SS number) has your name in capital letters, they are responding to you the entity not you as the person.
