Apparently one mask isn't enough. They want double effectiveness, therefore two masks, one on top of the other. How do you breathe? But don't you want TRIPLE effectiveness? Why not triple-mask? Very smart people.

I've seen this as well. I don't know how they even breathe with two masks on.
