Apparently one mask isn't enough. They want double effectiveness, therefore two masks, one on top of the other. How do you breathe? But don't you want TRIPLE effectiveness? Why not triple-mask? Very smart people.

i mean he's essentially saying "you put the mask on and haven't died from lack of OXYGEN... it's still getting through therefore COVID is getting through as well"
