Pretty sure you're right. Frankly, it's likely that those blacks that did vote still voted mostly for Dems, even though Trump gained a higher percentage than before. But a pretty significant portion of the "black vote" this year was fake ballots. It seems like this should be a good chance for any door knockers, or whatever means we have of connecting with voters: tell them to check the registration, see how many times it says they voted and if that matches with the number of times they actually voted. How about their deceased grandparent, are they still voting? They need to see that their voice is being stolen, and it's being done by corrupt election workers on behalf of the Democrat party.
It's just as amazing as getting a large portion of whites to self-loathe everything about their heritage and due to having a similar skin tone to their neighbor, feel they can morally impose that they cease whatever they are doing as it may offend somebody, somewhere, all in the name of "righteousness".
