When the US decides to split up in a America Last Communist Utopia and a America First MAGA Utopia, the left would only own the coastal states to the left and to the right. That is all, that is all DC currently represents. Either Biden steps down, which is never going to happen or you secede!

Do you want Chinese vassal states on both coasts of the United States? Because that's how you get Chinese Vassal States.

Do you think those commie enclaves will just implode? Nope, they will be propped up and used as beachheads on North America by the Chinese just like how the USSR propped up Castro's Cuba.

The MAGA states would have to put in place something like the Monroe Doctrine and vigorously militarily support it.
