I think the issue with many of these dudes is that they're obsessed with pedantic political definitions and "political compass" bullshit. They're so hyper-focused on opposing anything that's performatively "right-wing" that they'll ignore hostile governments and corporations provided that they appear "liberal" or politically neutral. They hate people with Pepe the Frog Twitter avatars more than they hate Amazon and Raytheon.

As the cartoon demonstrates, when you talk to these people you need to get on their level. So, don't call the lockdowns "tyranny" -- call them "medical fascism." And so on.
