There is a simple solution to this. The EO applies to "educational institutions that receive federal funding". The women going to these institutions would have to vigorously protest and get them to drop the funding so they could make their own rules. I would be surprised to see any of the commie institutions letting go of that dirty money, but it could happen.
IMHO best possible way to unleash massive pushback. Even the most liberal women who have daughters will get redpilled when it happens to THEM. Hope enough anger builds up to swing local and state elections happening this year!
There is no way the universities can survive without federal funding.
That would mean every student that uses student loans (which are federal) can't use their student loans for that university.
You'd see the university collapse overnight.
Not that it's a bad thing. MOST Universities are getting into the real estate game now. They gobble up property and hold onto to it. Like how banks do it. Universities own large chunks of most major downtown cities.
Actually the student loan thing us untrue, it doesn't count toward federal funding (there have been cases about this with regards to the rights of private schools). Most federal funding is actually research grants, which aren't required for a college, but any one worth their salt needs them.
