Beh to women's sports. Beh.

Extreme athletic activity suppresses ovulation and menstruation.

A too-active woman can't get pregnant.

This is nature's way of keeping her from spending biological energy on a pregnancy when her living conditions are harsh. Nature can't tell the difference between harsh living conditions and the extreme physical demands of a sport. Even excellent diet won't counteract extreme exertion.

However, a woman having trouble getting pregnant should eat many steaks. This signals to her body, "Game is plentiful here, yes, get pregnant, it will be okay."

She will most likely get pregnant on Day Twelve.

A woman athlete who loses her periods may get them back, if she slows down. Or she may not. Who knows. It's not something to risk, if you want more people around you than fellow gym goers, trainers, coaches and your admiring parents.

A big cause of infertility is the couple's parents, all four of them.

So should women run around and do sport? Sure, for fun. Pure fun. Nothing more. Not on that grim, mean level, where she is in pain and it is made into some big important thing. It isn't.

In my late 40's, I dated a marathon runner for four years. Running built and maintained her perfect ass.

We agree to disagree.

Very nice.

But I am talking about children, which you don't mention.
