These poor folks are too far away from population centers to make a go of it with casinos.

I had a neighbor who owned property on a big hill. He retired comfortably in his forties when he leased an acre at the top and right-of-way for a cell tower.

I'm sure Biden will make up for it with a small gesture using our tax dollars. They just love paying people to remain poor.
