If I'm not mistaken, don't plaintiffs have to make the first move? I'm under no impression these judges will stand up for the American people, but as it stands I'm pretty sure they can't grant an injunction on their own. It has to be done at the request of a plaintiff with some kind of standing. Don't wait for some judge to save you. If you're a union guy who just lost his job, fucking sue. If your state is impacted by the EOs Biden signed, get on the phone and don't let up until your state AG has filed a lawsuit to stop them. If you have a daughter who plays highschool sports, start looking for class action lawsuits to join. A judge isn't going to grant injunctions like the tooth fairy. And anyone in a union whose endorsement for Biden cost them their own jobs, either quit that union or find a way to punish your union leadership who fucked you over.

You would think the unions that lost tons of jobs would be more than willing to sue in defense of their members.
