Is there a link to where people in VA can join in?

Clinton beat Trump by 230,000

Clinton was a better candidate than Biden, and Trump only had promises at that point. This time around, Trump had a proven track record, meanwhile Biden had a proven record of failure and lies.

Explain to me again how logically Biden gets more votes in VA than Obama did?

Tons of TDS wackos in Fairfax might have skipped the "sure win" vote for Hillary and made sure to come out this time. I'm not sure it says anything positive about them considering it means they spent 4 years ignoring reality and now voted for someone who will get the wars and killing rolling again, but I guess they thought that was somehow a positive fit Hillary too. Insane.

But the fact that there was certainly very real fraud - including signing enough illegals to vote that could tip any of the closer races - is what needs to be exposed and corrected. Of course, the Dems are looking to mandate that fraud nationally, and it's not clear how that's going to get stopped considering the RINOs let them pull that to take control.

Do you mean like booting country club republicans in the primaries, like Brat did with Cantor, only for Brat to lose his next election to the democrat CIA spook who magically found just enough votes to win in Richmond? While losing everywhere else? And then to have the exact same thing happen again, where Freitas was well ahead of the CIA spook, until in the middle of the night a magical USB drive with just enough Richmond votes to put the CIA spook over the top was magically found?

Freitas, and especially Brat, ticked all the boxes you mention and then some. How'd that work out for everybody?

Normally evidence is found by investigations or audits.

Like, a murder suspect isn't a suspect because of credible evidence, but the detective will gather evidence in the process of investigation.

Discounting suspect fraud because the evidence isn't found prior to investigation or audit is like saying a murder suspect shouldn't be investigated because there isn't any credible evidence.

Part of efficient grassroots campaigning would be to show, as well as possible, how many of those votes were no good.

It may not change things but isn't it still important to show that fraud still exists?

That is the point people keep missing. Just because it may not have been outcome determinative doesn't mean investigation isn't warranted. Fraud is fraud.

I think you meant to include that but just want to point it out, or they'll keep saying "It doesn't matter because it's not going to change anything."

The major point was to make people question the validity of the election. Ignoring obvious fraud solidifies that end.

If you can conclusively show it

Wrong. You don't need conclusive proof to justify an investigation, otherwise no crimes would ever be investigated.

No.

I Judges and juries determine whether the evidence is conclusive or not and under circumstances where one party holds evidence, discovery is needed to show what the other side knows and has.

At the outset, the first step is that you need to state a claim with sufficient articulation of the evidence and the allegations, which if considered in a light most favorable to the plaintiff, would show that there is an issue the courts can remedy. This is the first step in civil cases.

Also, in cases like showing election fraud there is a burden shift that occurs, requiring the government to show there was no fraud.

People who understand that are few and far between on here ...

A long list of the cases was posted today. Look at the reasons for the dismissals.

If this stuff was as simple as your comment makes it appear, everyone would be lawyers.

No, the real problem is outdated voter rolls, ballot harvesting, and Democrat corruption.

Not saying VA didn't count those extra 450k votes. They just weren't legal.

Come to think of it, you're right. N VA is just another SF. ;)

You are asked for ID. The democrats removed the requirement for photo ID -- and even if you do not provide any ID at all, you can still vote although your ballot is marked as provisional.

We also do not have signature verification, the democrats removed the need to provide any reason for requesting an absentee ballot, the democrats expanded early voting (we had people voting in early September), and the democrats refuse to verify voter rolls even when sued to do so.

Note this is statewide, not just in Fairfax.

Asking for, yes. But if you don't have a license, you can instead sign piece of paper to vote. I'm pretty sure no signature verification occurs in that case either.

This was a recent change.

Changed in January of 2020. That, and major anti-gun legislation, were the first two orders of business with the incoming democrats.

He definitely won VA. Everyone was just focused on a few swing states. The fraud was all over the place.

DudeThatCame2Sarnath 10 points ago +10 / -0

Don't forget how the enemedia called Virginia for Biden, literally about five minutes after the polls closed, but refused to call Florida, Texas, Iowa and Ohio for Trump, for hours after their polls closed, even though Trump had commanding leads and the only precincts still outstanding were solidly Republican ones. Especially in Florida!

Trump was up in VA by allot with like 70% in. I kept wondering why they hadn’t called it for Trump yet... now we know. They knew the fraud votes were coming.

6
LesboPregnancyScare 6 points ago +6 / -0

yep, the only county in VA that was not called when Trump was in a clear lead was Fairfax.

I live in Northern VA, I received "Official Election Mail" postmarked 12/9/20 regarding a "vote by mail application renewal" for a person who does not live at my address. It seems surprising that someone would apply to vote by mail at an address where I have lived for the last 2 years. Did this guy make a mistake or did election officials just assign his vote to Biden and pretend that he requested to vote by mail? (No absentee ballot came) If this person is recorded to have voted in this election, that is a fraudulent vote since he does not live here yet his voter registration is at my address. I sent this info to the RNC but I doubt anything will come of it.

I like your energy! Keep us posted. It sounds like pushing the representatives hasn't worked so... next step is some kind of citizen action.
