Like they did to Trump, just ignore the EOs. Let them try to enforce.

The 10th Amend is pretty strong here and the states have that right.

Its time for edicts to end.

This is a Republic after all, not democracy or parliamentary system

Sure, as long as you're prepared to start an act of war against the federal government by ignoring the Constitution.

You joke, but that's actually kind of true, since SCOTUS is part of the federal government and they ultimately decide what is or isn't constitutional.

You just have to call it a sanctuary [thing you don't like] and you can ignore anything the Federal government does.

"Sanctuary" BS just means local law enforcement won't cooperate with the feds. It works for illegals because tracking them down is hard for the feds, but they can still do so. A corporation doing fracking though? Easiest thing in the world for the feds to destroy.

Midnight clandestine fracking.
"This oil? I dunno, I guess we already had it."

All fracking companies should just prepare to extract as much as fast as possible, and store it, and do all other processes later.
The instant there's a breach, take it all out, and store it.

"The instant there's a breach, take it all out and store it"

This is not even remotely how that works.. FYI the process of drilling, then fracking, then setting up the well to produce takes a long time. Not something that can be done in the dead of night without anyone knowing.

I'm no expert on fracking but I'm pretty sure guerrilla fracking isn't viable.
