The 10th Amend is pretty strong here and the states have that right.

Can't the State just seize it back under some State scheme, and then tell the court to try and get it back, and enforce it, and then just deem any act of enforcement terrorism (at the State level).
Sure, as long as you're prepared to start an act of war against the federal government by ignoring the Constitution.
You just have to call it a sanctuary [thing you don't like] and you can ignore anything the Federal government does.
"Sanctuary" BS just means local law enforcement won't cooperate with the feds. It works for illegals because tracking them down is hard for the feds, but they can still do so. A corporation doing fracking though? Easiest thing in the world for the feds to destroy.
