- Decedents ss# 126-56-2303 - uses the name “Roger Allen Moore”

- Trump signed President/CEO
- Represented by Phelps Dunbar
In this case, Trump supposedly being President and CEO of the United States Corp. files for complete bankruptcy. I have tried checking PACER but I just created an account and cannot access it, to anyone else who may know where else to look or be qualified, please let us know if this is real or not.

Very interesting if true. I truly believe the absolute best way to destroy ALL of our enemies (Iran,China, terrorists, cartels, etc) would be to basically file bankruptcy, have another currency ready to go for the citizens of the US, and then tell everyone else to piss off. I would let all citizens keep what ever they have free & clear, and I’d let the huge banks etc that only had digital dollars to get fucked. With out dollars, the elites like bill gates are nothing. Every American would be equal starting over. Take all assets from the elites who committed treason against our country and give it all to the people. Crazy I know , but that’s what I would do lol.

This is sovereign citizen word magic bullshit.
Sovereign citizens for example think they have right to drive without a driver's license if they declare themselves "travelers on the land" or something because of some obscure "articles of confederation" document from the 19th century.
There's tons of videos of them arguing that to cops when they get pulled over. The cops don't give a shit and impound their car anyway. The DMV doesn't give a shit either. You MUST have a driver's license. Or else.
They may be technically correct but a law is as good as toilet paper if no one knows about or enforces it.
Same with this Corporation of United States stuff. Yeah maybe the United States got turned into a corporation in 1871, I have no idea, but just because someone files for bankruptcy that doesn't mean anything will happen. I don't even know what court you would file such a thing in. If the US Government is bankrupt undergoing "reorganization", can the SCOTUS even rule on the national debt servicing?
Technically, even the SCOTUS is a party in the bankruptcy, as part of the US government, and you cannot be both party and Judge in a case in any court worthy of being a court of law.

I understand it’s crazy sounding, but think about it. The majority of Americans don’t have more than 2k in cash anyways. They would have nothing really to lose and everything to gain. How would we feed everyone while the transition? The military can pass out food etc. that’s what they’re trained to do. Also kinda weird, is I haven’t seen many if any posts by military members on active duty. Not saying it means anything, just an observation.
