The Stolen election of 2020 was focussed on National and State wide races...
Congressional races are actually very much local... 453 elections held all over the country... every 2 years. The Republicans ACTUALLY WON EVERY SINGLE CONTESTED CONGRESSIONAL RACE in 2020... (shove it Pelosi). - as those votes were NOT STOLEN.
I can easily imagine a way to steal the State wide vote in Michigan using Detroit. Or steal Pennsylvania using Philly... or steal Wisconsin using Milwaukee etc...
But it would be very very difficult to steal some out-county local district. If you stole one or two - I can't see how you would steal too many others.
