Same thing with police departments especially in liberal cities.

Lowering fitness qualifications, education requirements, a little bit of criminal history or drug use is OK now.

A lot of police departments only require you to hit on target %70 of the time to qualify with a pistol. If they can only get 7 out of 10 at a gun range imagine how they would shoot in a high stress situation.
