Compare that to 2016 when the courts heard every.single.no.matter.how.stupid case the Democrats brought against Trump winning the election....

Yup.

And Trump’s moderate approach to policy implementation. Check out this article I just read:

After regaining power, Democrats are busy making sure they can never lose it again.

117
BukakeJake 117 points ago +119 / -2

They won't lose again. Ever. They will flood the country with illegals, settle them in borderline red / blue districts, and give them citizenship. And if they will lose, it will be a Bush or McCain type of republican that has the support of the globalists. Trump fought tooth and nail for the people of this country.

59
buco 59 points ago +60 / -1

20 million Illegals already here, POTATUS will give them amnesty before Nancy removes him with the 25th. Another caravan with 6000 on the way, the first of many.

13

good point.

18
ParktonKing 18 points ago +18 / -0

Might explain why they suddenly began pushing hard on a bunch of unpopular stuff. After they suffered under Obama’s first term, they decided to use their disposable candidate to do the dirty stuff and save their ideal candidate for afterward. She’ll look like a saint

21
A_Normal_Politician 21 points ago +21 / -0

I don't agree with Mr. J but your point is just as much of a joke. To most South American illegals, the USA is a piggy bank. When the USA turns to shit they can just fuck off back to where ever they came from and they would actually prefer that because most of them like and respect their country more than the USA. The free shit message is far more powerful than the "learn about the USA's history and why it was one of the best countries in the world" message. You're living in a fairytale.

Any amnesty will result in a massive influx of illegal aliens, much larger than 6,000. I'd guess 6,000,000 in the first year alone.

7
Itateeverybody 7 points ago +7 / -0

I doubt they even need the illegals. They just stole an election from the most popular candidate in history using a few targeted fraudulent county totals.

4
TheNotSoEvilEngineer 4 points ago +6 / -2

He tweeted tooth and nail and made some general policies. He needed to go further. He had an army ready to fix this, and he never used it. Little blood then would have saved a lot of blood later.

6
RoBatten 6 points ago +6 / -0

Judging by the army's response from its leaders, and grunts, Trump never really had the military behind him. The DIA has been exposed for buying cell data logs available commercially to avoid those pesky warrants in order to spy on all of us. So, yeah, the military was never really behind him, and that's why he left the way he did. HE HAD NO SUPPORT whatsoever.

SellTheSun 29 points ago +29 / -0

Yup, this is the exact same shit they did in Cali. They got into power once and a once solid red state became a reliable democrat state EVERY SINGLE ELECTION AFTER THAT.

California residents tried to save their state with prop 187 and passed a referendum to curb the illegals being brought into the state by the dems. After it passed, the dems sued the next day in court and of course a federal judge found it unconstitutional and nullified the people's vote. Immediately after that, the dem governor halted all appeals to that federal judges ruling and no more cases were allowed to be heard on the issue.

Trump was always controlled opposition.

That much should be obvious to anyone who looks objectively now. We all loved us some Trump talk and visuals but now we know.

He kept Barr and Wray long after they were obviously not arresting the swamp crooks. Therefore trump didn't actually want the swamp crooks arrested. Period. No excuses.

This is the reality.

4
Platinum 4 points ago +5 / -1

I didn't want to think this too, but he kinda was. He did nothing but WAIT all December when he should have been strong-arming Audits with the Military. I like Trump but he let this happen. He wasn't aggressive enough in the end.

6
Frogleg3 6 points ago +7 / -1

I don't like the obvious conclusion either.

I hate it.

Yet facts don't lie.

3
Jadeity2 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is stupid. Why would Trump put his family, fortune and reputation at risk to be controlled opposition when there are no shortage of potential controlled opposition candidates? It is only thanks to Trump that we know the depth of the swamp, why would they install controlled opposition that exposes them?

1
Frogleg3 1 point ago +1 / -0

Most of us knew the depth of the swamp before trump ran.

Hell even Michael Moore in his movie fareinheit 911 20 years ago documented the Saudis paying off all the congressmen and George w bush being bailed out by bin Laden's brother.

Alex Jones had been documenting it for decades.

If trump wasn't swamp then his one mistake was thinking Alex Jones was a wacko conspiracy theorist and couldn't possibly be correct.

I guess trump knows better now.

As a student of history, what I do know is that all wars are both political and physical. You can't have one without the other, or else there is certain defeat.

For you to think that you can only have a physical war and still win is gullible....

36
Trunks 36 points ago +36 / -0

States seceding would be a good start.

10
Flag_falsely 10 points ago +10 / -0

It is the start and I’m sure it’s coming

8
RoBatten 8 points ago +8 / -0

That would be great, but likely won't happen. What can happen, is for certain states to ignore the fed. What could the fed possibly do then? Withhold funds. That's it. If we all move to a conservative state and make it great, we wouldn't need their money, but they would sure need ours. And wouldn't be getting it. Succession by ignoring fed overstep . . .

3
RustySheckelford 3 points ago +3 / -0

It's not so clean and easy though... Either they tax us without representing us... Or they start sending on feds to arrest people who don't pay their federal taxes... And the states have to either def me their citizens or allow the fed to snatch people up.

Another potential problem I foresee, traveling into democrat states and having both federal and local police target you for having"traitorous" state plates.

I don't really see a live and let live scenario. The left will persecute and destroy anyone they can

1 - Its the same type of thinking. Its probably closer to corporatism though. The very rich and the government elites are in alliance at the top.

2 - It is difficult to see how politicians representing the best interests of the American people can gain and wield power in this country. There would have to be extreme challenges to the established order for that to change.

3 - Agreed. I think I'm more offended now by how many people anti-Semitism let's off the hook than just the moral problem of scapegoating one group. Racism is a dumb reactionary response to the left's current race manipulations. Its probably part of their overall plan to get a small number of white people riled up to take the complete opposite side. They work best pitting people against each other and we won't beat them at their own game.

37
Hanging_Chad 37 points ago +40 / -3

Were the electoral votes illegal if the electoral college knew full well that the ballots were rigged?

66
Testamernt 66 points ago +66 / -0

Yes. One of the points of having the electoral college was to keep things like this from happening.

Moral men would not have looked upon the oddities of this election and said to themselves that there is nothing to investigate. Moral men would have demanded to hear the evidence found of fraud in the election before daring to cast a vote for Biden.

Only immoral men would deem those fraudulent votes legal.

19
day221 19 points ago +19 / -0

Also the electors were appointed/certified by an unconstitutional process. So there's that.

10
Hanging_Chad 10 points ago +10 / -0

8
ProfessorOak 8 points ago +8 / -0

If you go back and watch the certification process (cspan should have it), pence asks if the slate of electors appear to be in good faith before accepting them. I assume fraud would fall into that category.

Even when the Mainstream Media has already said they don't care if there's peaceful white supremacist neo-nazis.

23
Hello_rojo 23 points ago +23 / -0

Violent revolution is our birthright as Americans. Our founding fathers taught that to their children and hoped their children would in turn learn it as well. That it is such an uncomfortable truth for so many today shows that a link in that chain was broken, one of the previous generations failed to teach the following. Now it is up to us living and capable to figure out how to address it. If we don't, our nation will fall. When the foundation crumbles, so does the structure.

7
TheSarcasticSlav 7 points ago +7 / -0

If you could grasp the level of security of the capital around the inauguration I think you would concede that 1/6/2021 was the one, only, and final ACTUAL window of weakness and thus opportunity to violently do something about the corruption in our government if that was to be the solution.

They created and giant maze of crossfire blocks out from the capitol with hourly changing entrances and access points that only the very top knew the current open routes - my brother in law is in the National Guard and the description of the defenses set up after 1/6/2021 where insane.

Informational warfare is all that exists anymore and that window is not only closing, but the pushback from those in control of culture is staggering. Exposing government corruption to the masses through the societal connectivity of the internet is the only card we really have left, if people even care anymore at all...

Evidence surfaced that a member of congress was banging a Chinese spy and nobody batted an eye.

There's literally video of Joe Kickbacks Biden bragging about quid pro quo and... nothing...

Hunter Biden's entire train wreck of a life happened and nobody seems to care.

1
savier123 1 point ago +1 / -0

The level of conviction needed to hold the capitol was never possible on 1/6/2021.

The country has been hijacked from the American people by a headless mob of sycophants and tyrants. It's crystal clear that they don't care about the rule of law, except for when they can use it to tighten their control.

We have to start somewhere and the best option is local government. We have to run for office, pool our resources to support our candidates, and make sure we have a large presence throughout the voting process to ensure the process is carried out fairly. If our candidates lose a fair election, fine. We regroup and continue forward. But we must rid our elections of the rampant fraud to have any shot.

This is especially important in swing states but long term it must be a nationwide effort.

Many people around here have said exactly what I'm saying, and a few of them said they plan to run for local office. Does anyone know who I'm referring to? We need to organize.

14
ConfiscationCrenshaw 14 points ago +16 / -2

This is the hard answer we must accept. Saving the republic requires more action. And often times, that action is boring, dull and seemingly trivial. But sitting on the school board and assuring kids get a 1776 commission style education, assuring votes didn’t get flipped to a communist for a measly $10 an hour is exactly the type of work that needs to be done. We need more conservative judges, more rallies and less TV watching.

10
censorthisss 10 points ago +10 / -0

Yes and we need to be in the counting rooms and refuse to leave until the job is done.

They are going to try to normalize delayed results and we cannot allow that to happen.

6
GBA4ever 6 points ago +6 / -0

The interesting thing for me watching the witnesses testify in the vote fraud hearings was most of the republican observers were women and seniors. Where are the vets and retired police election observers??

7
ProfessorOak 7 points ago +7 / -0

I agree we need more involvement, but I do think we're downplaying how corrupt the system is. They specifically picked poll workers that they knew they could either pay off or would be sympathetic to their cause. Some witnesses even indicated that they were allowed to remain in the polling station because of their skin color. Democrats figured that no one would blow the whistle if all the poll workers were brown.

The Courts have lost their Constitutional Authority - the only authority that remains is ours as described by Justice Antonin Scalia:

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia ruled in the landmark case of United States v. Williams, 112 S. Ct. 1735, 504 U.S. 36, 118 L. Ed. 2d 352 (1992),

https://www.law.cornell.edu/supremecourt/text/504/36

…the grand jury under our Constitution does not belong to any of the three branches of government, but instead to We the People. As a result, the citizenry are empowered to empanel grand juries, indict, try, convict and mete out sentences for those accused of crimes.

8
Arwyn3x 8 points ago +8 / -0

Justice Scalia wrote:

... the grand jury ‘can investigate merely on suspicion that the law is being violated, or even because it wants assurance that it is not.’ It need not identify the offender it suspects, or even “the precise nature of the offense” it is investigating. The grand jury requires no authorization from its constituting court to initiate an investigation, nor does the prosecutor require leave of court to seek a grand jury indictment.

The link is to a case that joins three early law suits in PA that were dismissed for one reason or another and seeks to appeal them all jointly to SCOTUS. The briefing was just completed Friday. Trump's lawyer is John Eastman .

kornesque 4 points ago +4 / -0

Wouldn't it say dismissed if it was? The texas case did if I remember right. They might be going over this, but we won't know how it going because SC.

We needed a win a long time ago, at least this could firm our position.

Yes. I think the defendants had to respond by 1/22.

Big picture....25-35+ million illegals already here, plus many more to come.....add in electronic vote theft that pacifies (some) citizens with endless 51-49% “elections”...

And within 10 years, they will have the necessary votes to amend and/or repeal the Constitution.

It’s all America last, collectivism, globohomo clown show all the way down from here....

We need to group up in certain states, and ignore the fed . . .

7
diCenturion 7 points ago +7 / -0

What I don’t understand is how things are so bad on the judicial side. I thought we were winning prior to the election fraud stuff in terms of Trump appointing many judges to the states courts, not just SCOTUS.

2
RoBatten 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is what happens when you pick judges recommended by the Federalist Society . . .

Trump's appointed judges betrayed him, instead of being loyal like they were supposed to be.

I am glad to see this still being discussed. People often speak as if Trump actually lost the election.

Youtube banned speaking about it, so that's probably why. I wish the daily wire, Dave Rubin and such would leave youtube. Daily wire knows they will get banned eventually, better to rip that band-aid off now.

They will run out the clock for 19 months and magically all ballots and evidence will be destroyed. Its obvious they are hiding the evidence. Why are the faggots in the gop state houses not doing anything?? Why are we still not dealing these bitches phones off the hook? Why are we not rallying? Is everything on pause until trump get impeached and then thrown in prison. Followed quickly by us being labeled terrorists? STAND THE FUCK UP!!. AZ Pedes.. MI Pedes.. WI Pedes.. GA Pedes.. PA pedes... TALKING TO YOU!!! If we can prove fraud before the impeachment, it will help trump. Also, if proven across the board, biden will have to step down.

Gateway Pundit fucking up!! That title is totally wrong, the Wisconsin case allowed evidence to be argued. After hearing the arguments, the judge proceeded to ignore all evidence and say Trump should have been brought the case sooner.

2
neomt 2 points ago +2 / -0

To be accurate, the title should read "every case thrown out so far has been on purely procedural grounds" although that might confuse normies.

3
Trumps_legacy 3 points ago +3 / -0

These cases need to continue to be pushed. Don't stop because of January 20. The fraud needs to be documented and uncovered for the world to see. It will take time and resources but the future is at stake.

3
SparrowHawk 3 points ago +3 / -0

Is there a way to show that none have allowed evidence to be shown? I've tried telling normies, but they can't believe that part

This is the site the article links to:

http://wiseenergy.org/Energy/Election/2020_Election_Cases.htm

You'll see all the reasons cases weren't seen under the "disposition" category. There's also a column called "decided on merit" and every case says NO.

2
Xuvial 2 points ago +2 / -0

There's also a column called "decided on merit" and every case says NO.

Are we looking at the same link? It says that 12 cases were decided on merit...

1
SparrowHawk 1 point ago +1 / -0

Thank you. From looking briefly, though, a lot of the cases have 'Yes' on Decided on Merit. Are these different types of cases?

Just for my own clarification, lack of standing means that the court decided that the plaintiff did not have the right to file the case?

1
maga_mama_757 1 point ago +1 / -0

You're right - I scanned the site briefly before commenting and should have looked at it more thoroughly before saying that. My apologies!

Yes, basically to your second question. "The campaign failed to show that it had suffered an 'injury in fact' caused by the defendants that would be addressed by the remedy it sought."

3
LeftLane10Under 3 points ago +3 / -0

I don’t understand how this happens. How do the courts have zero interest in looking at this? Is it because it’s “done and over”? And what are we doing to prevent this from happening again and again?

3
RPD2 3 points ago +3 / -0

This. Keep chasing it. Keep investigating. Keep compiling evidence. Keep presenting the cases to LE, courts, and the public. Do not let up. The truth is on our side. We can still overturn this. The inauguration was just a formality. If he’s not the rightful president then he’s not the rightful president, and we can prove it.

I've read through all comments and have a few questions that weren't asked. I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to the law and how courts operate so bear with me: can 75+mil citizens file a case against voter/election fraud and domestic/foreign interference? Don't we have a cache of evidence that demonstrates as a whole that the election can be overturned? I know there are sites where all of the evidence is catalogued and organized, does that not provide enough standing? And lastly, didn't J Pultzer have real time evidence of election fraud (vote changing, internet connection, 2way communication, etc) that could also provide standing? I feel like the cases brought to the courts were specific to each state, is it possible to file a class action against multiple states/parties and supply the evidence? Again, I'm pretty ignorant about this so would love some insight. If a class action of this size could work, I think we'd have a very large backing.

5
Crappydatum 5 points ago +5 / -0

Here's how standing works. You have to be PERSONALLY hurt. The argument the courts are "standing" on is that although cheating in the election "generally" hurts, you weren't "personally" hurt. It's bogus, but they're lawyers, remember they'd have happily gotten Bin Laden off on a technicality if he'd have survived to trial

2
Pickles76 2 points ago +2 / -0

Seriously, that's what it means?!!! What a ridiculous loophole. So we'd have to somehow prove a personal injury. Does emotionally or mentally or fiscally work? there has to be a way! I know there are some real genius pedes on this site as well as legal pros, someone has to have an idea. If they use loopholes, they may be one for us

2
ynyny 2 points ago +2 / -0

So we'd have to somehow prove a personal injury. Does emotionally or mentally or fiscally work?

No, the courts have been pretty consistent that random private citizens can't sue over election results. But that's not a problem, because if you have a serious case then you should be able to get Trump or the Trump campaign to join the case as a plaintiff. Depending on the details of the case, even some other candidate or campaign, or the relevant state legislature or governor or something, could be a suitable plaintiff too.

The irony is that usually it's conservatives who think standing doctrine should be stricter to cut down on frivolous lawsuits, and liberals who think that courts should give people the benefit of the doubt and let them bring lawsuits if something important is at stake. The reason why standing has become stricter in recent years is because of the dominance of conservative judges. Though I doubt it would have made any difference with this cases - the ones that failed due to standing would clearly have failed at a later stage anyway (again, if they were serious cases the Trump campaign would have joined them as plaintiffs).

Btw, there are some other aspects to standing. For example you need to show that the court is actually capable of giving you what you want, and that your injury is closely connected to the thing you're complaining about. Iirc there were some cases that the Trump campaign lost on standing grounds because they failed on one of those prongs.

I know there are some real genius pedes on this site as well as legal pros, someone has to have an idea. If they use loopholes, they may be one for us

You really think the Trump campaign and the Republican party don't have qualified lawyers? The law isn't a box of magic tricks that can get you whatever you want if you look hard enough. It is largely based on coherent rules and principles. The reason why they didn't ultimately push these cases very hard (e.g. they didn't even attempt to appeal most of them) is because they could see they clearly weren't going to win.

Pickles76 1 point ago +1 / -0

Thank you so much for your reply, much appreciated. Crazy to think that with all of the evidence a simple matter of standing stops it. And I have no doubt Trump's lawyers attempted everything, was just curious if We The People could do something. Again, I really appreciate your generous response.
