That is not Rudy's case. Rudy's case was in Michigan. It was dismissed without hearing evidence. The link is to a case that joins three early law suits in PA that were dismissed for one reason or another and seeks to appeal them all jointly to SCOTUS. The briefing was just completed Friday. Trump's lawyer is John Eastman .

Wouldn't it say dismissed if it was? The texas case did if I remember right. They might be going over this, but we won't know how it going because SC.

We needed a win a long time ago, at least this could firm our position.

Yes. I think the defendants had to respond by 1/22.
